Mailbox Replacement NoticeDear Knights Cross Residents,
We’d like to inform you that the mailboxes located within the Knights Cross Subdivision will be replaced starting after the 1st of the year.
During this process, there will be a temporary disruption to normal mail delivery.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY!
Replacement & Mail Service Update
• Once the new Community Box Unit (CBU) is installed, it will remain out of service for approximately 10–14 days while the Post Office prepares new mailbox keys.
• During this time, all mail will need to be picked up at the Post Office that services our community:

Postal Lock Replacement
• The postal carrier lock on the new mailbox must be replaced by the Post Office maintenance team before regular mail delivery can resume.
• This process can take up to 21 business days, although it may be completed sooner.
• We want to be fully transparent — patience is appreciated during this transition period.
✉️ Picking Up Your New Keys
Once the Post Office has completed both the lock replacement and key preparation, you may pick up your new keys directly from the Post Office.
If you notice the new postal lock has been installed earlier, you are welcome to check with the Post Office to see if your keys are ready for pickup.
When picking up your keys, please bring:
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Military ID, etc.).
• A piece of mail showing your community address.
FOR RENTERS:
• Please bring a copy of your lease agreement or the page that shows your address and the owner’s name.
Homeowners are encouraged to pick up the keys personally if the home is a rental, so they have access to a spare key for future needs.
